Starters

Chicken Loh Kei Bak – Chicken pieces cooked with five spice and crunchy vegetables, wrapped in tofu sheets, shallow fried and served with a mild chilli dip.

Seafood Salad -Mixed seafood salad served with papaya, mango and pomelo with an Asian Fusion dressing

Main Course

Venison Rendang – Delicious rendang infused with lemongrass, galangal and spices slowly simmered with venison

Lobster Laksa – Noodles in a lobster broth with beansprouts, greens, soft boiled egg

Ayam Perak – Chicken thigh pieces marinated in turmeric and lemongrass, grilled and served with a thick coconut and lemongrass gravy

*Served with steamed Jasmine rice

Tofu Fa – Soya Panna Cotta with orange and strawberry compote served with crushed Oreo biscuit
